Shipping Policy

At Shift Hobby, we strive to get your gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. We ship all orders directly from our fulfillment network to your doorstep.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons (November-December), please allow for additional processing time.

Important: Battery Safety (2026 Compliance)
To comply with international safety regulations, all LiPo batteries are shipped at a 30% State of Charge (SoC). Please ensure you charge your batteries fully using a compatible LiPo balance charger before your first run.

Track Your Shipment

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently ship to most major international destinations. Please note that Shift Hobby is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Shift Hobby is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
