🚚 Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to get my RC car?
Most orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Shipping usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shift Hobby ships to most countries. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
âš¡ Technical & Battery Safety
Why is my battery only partially charged when it arrives?
Per 2026 safety regulations, all LiPo batteries are shipped at a 30% State of Charge (SoC) for safety. You must fully charge your battery using a compatible balance charger before your first run.
What is the difference between Brushed and Brushless motors?
Brushed motors are great for beginners and budget-friendly. Brushless motors (found in our "Upgraded" models) offer higher speeds, more power, and longer motor life because they have fewer moving parts that wear down.
🔧 Returns & Warranty
Can I return a car if I crashed it?
Unfortunately, no. Our return policy covers unused, unopened items in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on vehicles that have been driven or show signs of crash damage.
What if my car arrives defective?
If there is a manufacturer defect out of the box, please contact support@shifthobby.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video so we can resolve it for you.
