Return & Refund Policy
At Shift Hobby, we want you to be thrilled with your new RC machine. Because of the high-performance nature of RC vehicles, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair process for all hobbyists.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The vehicle must not have been driven, soldered, or modified.
- It must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging (including all manuals, tools, and accessories).
- Due to safety regulations, LiPo batteries that have been charged or discharged cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue. Note: Damage caused by crashes, misuse, or improper battery charging is not covered under our return policy.
